Ooh thanks! My daughter thanks you as well - she's the celiac in the family. :)P.S. Isn't it great that more and more companys are thinking of the gluten-free people?
I guess the "Clam Chowder" has been gluten free for a while but wasn't carried here on the west coast until very recently. I was so excited the first time I saw it in the store. I have tried it and for a canned soup its not bad. I'd buy it again. Thanks for sharing the information.
woo hoo! Thanks for letting me know about this!
Both changes are very good news indeed! Now I wish Progresso would make their soups soy free, too. That seems less likely though. I do eat them from time to time. Using the garden vegetable flavor as a base and adding in some leftover meat/veggies can make for an easy, quick meal. Shirley
Thanks for sharing this. I knew about the chicken and rice soup but not the clam chowder.
Yay! I'm glad they finally did it. I've occasionally used their soups even without the label but this makes me very happy. You are right soy free would be beautiful to behold indeed!
I haven't found the clam chowder, but I haven't looked recently. I agree that no msg makes me more likely to buy it.
