I have a new weakness: Pamela's Gluten-free Lemon Shortbread cookies. These are really tasty! They are incredibly lemony - I like that. They're nice and tart. They have a slightly different texture depending on the batch you get. I mentioned batch variation as well as cost in a review of Pamela's Dark Chocolate Chocolate Chunk cookies. If chocolate's not your thing, or if you're just trying to keep your weight up, this lemon shortbread cookie is the gluten-free addiction for you.Tuesday, August 24, 2010

Lemon shortbread is definitely my choice Gina:-)
These are my favorite Pamela's cookies!
I really like them frozen. A fantastic treat!
Thank you for spreading the word. :)
Where can you get these locally?
Cloud - You can get these at Whole Foods and New Seasons. Sometimes the stores don't carry every flavor of Pamela's cookies, but I have seen the brand at Fred Meyer as well. I haven't bought these in a while, but I used to get them at the Concordia New Seasons or the Hollywood Whole Foods. I hope you track some down!
