The firs...It looks like it turned out really well!<br /><br />The first time I made no-knead bread, I was amazed at how big it got--it looked like a basketball! I measured it with my ruler and was shocked to see that it was EIGHT INCHES tall. But then I realized that I had the ruler up-side-down and really it was 4" tall.
